of the new UG824 UltraGrind

Everite announces the release of the new UG824 UltraGrind , the newest in the line of Electrochemical Grinding Machines (ECG) . The UG824 is a 3 axis CNC Surface Grinder with servo driven ballscrews on each axis. The unique fixed table design allows easy integration to automated loading and robotics. The rigid cast iron construction assures the highest accuracy and the Fanuc 0i CNC control provides full programming flexibility.

The UG824 is unmatched in production of burr free grinding of cannula, surgical tools, implants and a variety of other medical device components.

The UG824 is self contained and easy to use, rugged, compact, and designed for a production environment. The power supply, control system and electrolyte tank are all integral to the machine to conserve valuable floor space. The UG824 is attractively priced for low cost entry into burr free ECG technology.
